It’s a really well-written children’s book. Because young readers are so fascinated by space, Arthur’s Angry takes on cosmic proportions in the tale. The narrative is pretty straightforward, but the illustrations offer a variety of discussion starters. How can you tell that Arthur is irate? How do you feel when you’re angry? By his face, body, folded arms, and clenched fists). Children particularly adore the in-depth illustrations of Arthur’s path of destruction. The picture of his grandmother crocheting while wearing a space helmet and swinging back and forth across space is also lovely.
The kids were truly taught to recognize their own furious feelings by this specific book. The images do a great job of capturing just how angry the main character, Arthur, is and how his rage may grow to huge dimensions. Children may easily understand how upset Arthur felt and how difficult it might be at times to calm down.
