Liam is a racer with team Mccoy, and Sophie is the daughter of the team principal of the Formula One team Bandini. Their rivalry is forbidden (or at least frowned upon), but that’s okay because they’re just friends, right? Liam is keen to assist Sophie in crossing off everything on her bucket list after finding it.
The timeline of Collided and Throttled are concurrent, and it was fantastic to witness Sophie & Liam’s viewpoint this time! Although there is an evident connection and interest between Sophie and Liam, she friendzone him right away. I’m not sure why, since I would never friendzone a man with Liam’s quick wit and boyish charm.
Liam is such a sweetheart and is only trying to do right. He occasionally errs, but ultimately all he wants is for Sophie to be his and happy and healthy. When Liam first sees Sophie, it’s as if he instantly knows what he wants and goes out and gets the girl. Sophie is such a naturally joyful person who meets this guy at a children’s birthday party and doesn’t see him for another 2 and a half years.
